The tour takes place at two ramen shops in Shinjuku, ones catering to early risers or jetlagged visitors! At a nearby coffee shop, we’ll first talk Ramen Basics and quiz you on your Ramen Knowledge. Then comes visiting the actual ramen shops, as below.
